Station Elan

Super et extraordinaire

I stopped for lunch (and a wee) as I was about mid-way through about 8 hours of driving. The little cafe here was staffed by two genuinely lovely ladies who were very patient for my truly terrible abuse of the French language. (The toilets were fine) I had the warm goats cheese salad and it was delightful, and I didn't expect the pearls of mozzarella, very happy. It hit the spot perfectly, didn't bloat me and fuelled me for the final leg of my journey. If you are passing through here, perhaps because you were avoiding the tollroads like I was, or maybe you pass through often, stop by, get some food, have a chat and leave happier --------- Je me suis arrêté pour déjeuner (et faire pipi) car j’étais à mi-chemin d’environ 8 heures de route.
